September intake 2018, four months now but no response

Hey everyone, I applied for Canada student visa on March 7th for May intake 2018 via vfs Chandigarh, paper application. I didn't received any response till May 2018, so I had to defer my semester to September 2018 and send LOA to embassy for Sept 2018 via email or post both. But still I didn't get any response from high commission Delhi, When I track status of my application on vfs global it says
Visa application, tracking ID **** is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
I'm really worried about my application, it has been almost four months now but under status is under process. Please suggest me guys, what should I do now?
