We hve an engagement photograph, marriage certificate

you need proof of marriage i.e. Marriage certificate from appropriate authorities. if CIC asks for more they will send you Relationship questionnaire, in which you might have to provide: wedding ceremony details, photographs (not just of wedding ceremony but after as well), proof of cohabitation/living together and/or your call records/chats etc, list of people who know that you are married, when you first meet, how you share expenses etc.

That Questionnaire is really big set of questions.

How can my husband apply for Canadian visa from within USA? He is there on Vacation for 6 weeks and I wanted him to come Canada afterwards before applying to sponsor him
