Hello,

I would like to know if i can be eligible for a provincial nomination.

Below are my details :

I got a level 6 for the french exam (TEF) and level 7 for the English Exam (IELTS).

I have a degree already validated by WES.

Am 28 years old, married, with 5 years experience in the IT Sector (System Administrator).

I have already made my application for the express entry through an agent.

Unfortunately, i don't have access to my profile since it's managed by the agent through his name / account.

I currently have 373 points (me + my spouse) as CRS.

I have already read about the requirement where it ask for a minimum of level 7 for french.

Can anyone guide me or give me more information?

I would like to know if there is a way of being nominated even with a level 6 for french or is there another way?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Regards,
Tareek

As far as I know you only need good french scores if you want to go to quebec. There are different programs for every province. If you google provincial nominee for all the separate provinces then you will have a better idea if you qualify. All have different requirements.

Ok, so you do not have a chance with that profile based on the French language outside Quebec.
1. Your French is not good enough for Ontario French stream or for New Brunswick French stream - in both cases you would need CBL7 or higher in all 4 skills.
So you need to improve your French.
Alternatively you can check how your points would stand for Quebec. Just bear in mind they do have first come first serve system there.

Good luck.

Hello,

I would also like to know if I qualify for provincial nomination with a Masters in Project Management
and a 9 years experience as a Computer Engineer . I currently have 394 points (me + my spouse) as CRS. What provinces are likely to accept me. Thanks.

Hello,

Your score is good and there is a possibility that you get selected by Ontario PNP. However, it's at there discretion. Don't be discouraged if you're not selected for while. If you're waiting too long (6 months +), i would advise to delete and re-create your application profile but this is up to you.

There is some province where you can apply for PNP (like Quebec via ARIMA) and others that they come and look for you in the pool. Like for Ontario, they go through the pool and if they're interested with your profile, they will send you a NOI (if you meet the criteria of course as each province has their own criteria for PNP) and then you can apply.

All these information are found on the immigration website and on the provincial webpage.

I would advise you to look for your own information as everything is available online and on forums. Don't base yourself on what people around you say or what an 'agent' say.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
