Hi quick question

If your spouse sponsored you for PR and process is complete, can sponsor apply for a legal aid lawyer for court?

Or is that considered welfare? Or Some sort of government assistance and would be ineligible to use legal aid??

I don't believe that legal aid comes under welfare.
