I have applied for 2018 fall undergraduate intake. I have received the conditional offer letter and I've also used that for my visa application. i have also completed all the requirements asked by them. How long will it take to get the unconditional, final offer letter?

As soon as the requirements are met on their end (receipt of documents etc), its issued in 2-3 days
you applied for study permit with conditional offer letter???
How did you pay the fee i mean it doesnt say anything about the fee payment amount.
ANy idea if we can pay fee before getting unconditional offer letter?? Where can i find the amount for first year year.
The fees is mentioned on your university website.
If it is mentioned on your offer letter, you have to pay otherwise not necessary (however recommended).

After receiving conditional offer, the uni gives 1 month to reply to the offer. I applied for fall 2018. I contacted the program coordinator and he told me to fulfill the conditions and get my unconditional offer. My official docs reached the uni 3 days before the one month deadline. My degree status still hasn't changed from unofficial to official in my online application, and I have not received my unconditional letter yet. The program coordinator said that due to winter intake 2019 many applications are coming in and it would take time for the uni to assess your documents and to wait until July 7th and then contact the faculty.
However, I am worried. I hope my offer still stands since I submitted my official docs to the uni before the deadline. I tried to contact the dept asking about this and they told me to wait until i hear back from the uni regarding my unconditional letter or contact the dept after 7th July as it is not in their control.
