WES cannot evaluate my degree. It seems that my university is not included in the list of approved by WES universities. I'm going to apply to ICAS, but not sure if it's the right choice as it has comparable to WES system of evaluation. Maybe someone has the same experience and can advise where to apply next?

Bachelor's degree from Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management.
Since completing this level of study was necessary to enter the Specialist Degree program at Kyiv National University of Economics, they also cannot evaluate my Specialist Degree.
