Re-applying - Express entry

Post ITA our application got rejected as we made the mistake of getting the PCC from the police commissioner office by paying INR 2000. Only now, we realized, we are supposed to do it from PSK!
Now, the letter says all our information in our previous express entry will be stored for the next 60 days. I am trying to create a new express entry. [Yet to delete the previous one] Any idea how to get all the previous data re-populated into the new express entry application? Or, am I supposed to fill the whole thing again?

Also, apart from proof of funds are we supposed to add/edit anything else into our existing set of ITA documents? or can we just use the same?

Our score was 478.

PCC from SSP office is an option only for Punjab residents, and that too if they have lived in Punjab since birth. Similar for Delhi. Alternatively PSK PCC will also do.

But for all other Indian citizens PCC from PSK is accepted.

Thank you. I re-applied for express entry. Ditto same details as per my previous application that scored 478 and got selected. It now, says profile ineligible and I have no clue why.
Have they increased the amount needed in the bank account by any chance?
Is 15550 for two people, not enough anymore?
Me and my spouse, both are 29 years old. Both have PG degrees. Both have 4+ years of work experience. Both have IELTS CLB score of 9.
What is wrong now?

Sounds weird. Check the NOC and if nothing else, clear the browser cookies or try another browser altogether.

No, I haven't. It had an option to continue applying for express entry. I clicked it and continued. Glad I didn't delete the previous as it asked for previous express entry profile number & UIC code.
