I was paid in cash and i have a offer letter which stated that salary will be paid in cash by company..so do i need salary sleep for student visa.Please i need proper help.

Evn I was paid in cash my salary so I didn't produce a salary slip but if u have any proof u can show it

bhai koi salary slip nahi diya tha sidha hath me cash deta tha.ha par mene usse offer letter liya usme likhvaya tha ki vo muje salary cash me dega..mere pas offer letter he aur experience letter he bhai..but after graduation PR ke time pe kya hoga..tab chahiye hoga kya salary slip kya kuchh aesa puchh raha hu bhai
PR ke time pe there maybe a concern for the officer, if this job is really full time/permanent and if it is why the organization is not paying you through the correct channel i.e. money transferred to your bank account. which inturn will mean that this organization is into work practices which are not consistency with labour laws in the country...
in short it will be a problem for you and and they will say if this company is also genuine...
Can you ask them to support you with 6 months of salary slip or a letter confirming you were paid these amount on this date etc?
If it is mentioned in offer letter that employer was paying in cash and if you have experience letter as well then it is still fine. Many of the genuine small businesses does not have enough resources to have a separate payroll department. It is a different thing if particular organization is into some malpractice to evade taxes by giving salary in cash.
With that being said, if you have an ITR that matches the salary paid in cash, you are fine and should not face any problem convincing the VO.
yes they are ready to provide me last six months of salary slip..will it be ok at the time of student visa and also at the time of PR? i left the job in January and after that i was preparing for IELTS. Please clarify me
You should be fine.. keep all your documents secured... down the road for PR also you will require similar docs..

It all depends upon visa officer. If you don't have an ITR then provide whatever documents you have. That's the best you can do.
