Help about hand written cover letter for apply canada visitor visa

just need some quick help

here sara 27 from pakistan and willing to apply canada visitor visa online soon

I have prepared and get ready detailed cover letter for apply canada visitor visa with included details as below

applicant details
host details
purpose of visit
funds available for my visit
strong ties to my home country
why I must return back to my home country

so above mention details too much? or fine to explain detailed situation as mention all above?

also important I want ask that I write this cover letter by hand so its munually hand written letter (4 pages long) and I did my signature and scanned it to digital image file so its ok to use this letter?

OR

Must need type on computer (Electronically Typed Letter) and get print on paper and then put signature and upload scanned of it?

Hi.. I guess you can go for a computer printed letter as it’s more legible and easier to understand than a hand written note.
Coming on to your question about the content of the letter. The contents should be according to your attached documents in support of your application. Which may have details about your host in Canada and his current situation in Canada . The you could explain about your current work if you self employed your duties in your work and other social and economic ties in your home country. Like your family or Other ties which you may consider to come back to. Detailed plan of your visit if you have made any.
These details would help the VO officer to correlate with the documents you provide and clear the doubt if he has any about your application.
IMO the covering letter is one of the most important document for a visa application which is often neglected and ill drafted. Prepare it well. It should strengthen the document and reflect your mind.
