Working from Home

Hello Seniors,

Kindly advice on this. I have claiming points for 4.5 years of work experience. However, I need help in addressing the following situations.

1. My office is located in City A, and I have been working from home in City B for 1.5 years. My address history for the 1.5 years therefore does not match my work history. What is the appropriate way to disclose this to CIC? Do I need to request any confirmation from the employer that I was granted permission to work from home or an LOE from me will suffice?
2. If point # 1 is not correct, do I need to enter separate lines for both locations? As in first line for Company A- Year 1 to Year 3 - CITY A, followed by another line for Company A - Year 3 to Year 4.5 -CITY B?
3. During the 1.5 years, on three occasions I've traveled to City A to work on site, each time for one month. I don't think I need to mention the addresses of the places where I stayed during these months in my address history, as my residential address was still the same in City B every time I visited City A. Please confirm.

I had similar profile. Working from home since 2014 and I got the PR.
Just get the reference letter from your employer on their letterhead. When you will fill your PR application, under work history, mention address of your home and mention working remote.

1. Year 1 to year 3 - Location Ahmedabad
2. Year 3 to Year 3.5 - Location Pune
3. Year 3.5 to year 4.5 - Location Chennai

If yes to listing as above, I have two questions

1. I have already received ITA. In my EE profile I listed Year 1 to Year 4.5 - Ahmedabad. Can I make the change now? Will that be a problem?
2. Just one reference letter for the entire 4.5 year will suffice for all three entries as listed above?

Also, where do I need to mention "working remote"? Should that be in the location box as such "Chennai (working remote)" ?

And upload one and same reference letter for 4.5 years for each period. No other documents. Please confirm.
