Can someone tell me what is the status of my application and when can expect an update ?

It is what it says. It's yet to start.

No one can tell you why some cases are faster than others. Each case is different.

Don't rely on the website status. you could be getting ppr tomorrow and the website will still be in Ip1 or na1 or whatever

This depends on the agent you speak to. Some are willing to go further into details and come just quote the same thing you see online. I phone 3 times before and got the same info but on the 4th call and agent named Sara went into details and told me my eligibility was recommended pass but my criminality and security checks didn’t start as yet. They’re some specific questions you can ask but apparently they don’t have an in depth view into our applications. It’s best you request gcsm notes if you really want to see the progress of your application.

take it from me who is on IP1 for more than a month, its totally normal and hope your PPR is just around the corner.
