I am impressed how you remember or calculate points for every scenario
442 is the max one can achieve with this profile. We are in a similar situation, and our points are (hopefully) gonna improve from 439 to 442, after my hubby takes IELTS again next week.

At age 36 with 2 post-secondary degrees and spouse having Masters degree, maximum you should be able to achieve 442 with your IELTS CLB10 and Spouse CLB9. That's 14 points you're leaving on the table due to IELTS, and 442 will surely give you ITA within 1-2 draws.
I'm 39, the max score I can achieve is 433, currently at 431 due to spouse getting 18 in IELTS, still thinking of booking her another IELTS to try and hit CLB9. And, also repenting for not keeping track last year after I had seen the cut-offs too high in 2016
Bottom line: act when you still have time and you can

I am on implied status which means my WP Extension is in progress. How can I get PPC while on the implied status in Canada? CIC allows to file for PR while on PR but BLS office in Brampton says that PCC can't be issued on implied status. Please let me know in case anyone has any idea on this. Thanks in advance.

first set of words are same. Last line is a little different (issued by CGI, Toronto ...)... it says...

"which would render him/her ineligible for the grant of travel facilities including visa for Canada"
I had one in 2016 from CGI UAE which said the same thing.

Hello everyone.

Requesting views / inputs :

1. My brother got nominated by Ontario last week (just accepted the nomination) and will receive ITA in next draw.
2. He also had received an excellent job offer (here in India) and has resigned from his current organisation to accept the new offer.
3. He has already taken the reference letter from his current company and was submitted for OINP.

Now, by the time he will receive ITA, he will be on notice period and will be relieved after that. Obviously he will have to update EE profile on the changes, but that would be post ITA.

Does anyone foresee any issues that might happen on updating EE post ITA?

Also, there is a faint chance that he will get a reference letter from the new organisation - but I think that can be taken care of in the LOE backed by the offer / appointment letters, salary slips, etc. Can this affect the subsequent process in anyway??

Appreciate any valuable inputs/ related links.

Not everyone would be able to meet the 60 day timeline. PCC, ref letters etc take time.

Need some advice . I posted in the thread but since morning i havent received any reply. So i am posting here guys. This is stressing me out a lot.

Guys, i called IRCC from outside Canada today. I wanted to get some details in regards to my previous application few years back which was returned and i had forgot why it was returned. I got on call and he asked me for details and asked me if i was in Canada, i said yes as i thought he wouldn't give me any details if i didn't say that. Then he asked me for address and phone and i hesitantly gave my friends details in Canada. After that he said OK let me find the details . Now i am worried would all that info stay in my past profile details as now i am applying for EE and they would see that i see i am in Canada and the phone number and the address. What do i do now ?

Guys i received ITA on 25 and although the days remaining show 88 days but when i continue application and do save and exit it shows you have 60 days to complete this application what does that mean

That’s not a problem. You have 90 days in all. Candidates with ITA after 26 June will however have only 60dYs to submit
