AOR1 April 12th, meds passed and background check in process June 20th, PPR this morning.

My common law partner sponsored me for PR. We both reside in Canada
My application was submitted on June 2017
Latest update on site is that
We started processing your application on 25 june 2018
Voice Machine says
Eligibility is being checked
I passed medical
No finger prints needed
Backgroud check is being reviewed
How long should i expect still?

My application went fast initially and now it’s stalled since the bgc started at the end of April..

I got PPR two days ago and I checked ECAS just now and it says Decision Made! Can't believe how quick it has been (less than 3.5 months from receipt of application to DM). My thoughts go out to those who have been waiting a long time, especially those whose families are separated while waiting - if I'm honest I feel a bit guilty that mine has gone so quickly while others are waiting so long.

Congratulations! What nationality is the PA out of interest?
Look on GCkey, it will say if passed there. ECAS doesn't say.
Lucky them... haha. Now if only someone could look at my file too.
Seriously though, I think it's great for everyone who is getting processed so quickly. Let's hope this keeps up and spreads to all visa offices.
