Any idea how much time it takes to get a PPR if currently you are an IP2 and your case is being processed by a visa office in Ottawa?
Hi there, I am a 19 december AOR and I have been stuck in IP2 since March. Yesterday I have received a letter from canada immigration asking me to provide them the following:
1- passport bio pages for all family members
2- height and eye colours for all family members
Is this a good sign?shall I be receiving the PPR soon? Please advise back cause I'm confused and worried.

It seems it depends on several factors like your background, nationality, number of travels and other factors. I am in IP2 since February 10 and still waiting for the PPR email. My visa office is also Ottawa.
Gosh that’s a lot. Please share your timeline. What’s your nationality? Also do you have a long travel history?
I have a similar situation. Mine is Dec 26 AOR. I wonder if there is anything we can do to effect a decision?
No, I didn't have long travel history. It seems it is case by case. I don't think it takes long for everybody. I just got my GCMS notes, it indicates I passed medical, criminality and eligibility, but it doesn't give any info about background check. I think IP2 is the last step. What is your timeline?

I believe its good news but how long you have to depends on your case.
In my case, I was asked to submit all that as part of my PPR but I have seen someone on this forum that had to wait around 4 weeks to receive PPR after receiving a similar email to yours.
Hey! I got an ATI report as well. It says decision ready to be finalized and it's in IP2 since April. It says background check in review.
