Good food around Rolla strt ;), for years I was in the Al Taawun area

With PoF, the officer reviewing your application needs to clearly know only one thing... the liquidated cash available in your bank account. Neither the cars(unless the proceeds of sale these cars is in your bank account), not EoSB will not help until the money is in your account.
Your uncles bank statement will not help you either, if your uncle is ready to provide you a gift deed for the money you require within your account. Check this link out to know the Gift Deed option better

Thanks a lot for the quick response

My spouse (dependent applicant) has done masters but we don't have her master's degree available, only marksheets are available. Hence I only gave her bachelors degree information under education and included master's in personal history as I am not claiming any points for her education.
Can this be seen as misrepresentation?

It's not misrepresentation as you are not hiding it.

Friends, I came across a company in my home country (India) that accepts affidavits request online and delivers it to your address (to Indian address only) once ready. I am checking with them if they can also provide a soft copy before delivering the original document.
But I have a doubt if it will be considered valid here as I am already in Canada and IRCC may expect an affidavit/translation done within Canada only, please let me know if someone has any information on similar lines?

Hi, received my ITA in 13th June draw. Have a question in regards to the reference (work experience letter).

One of my previous employer is not unwilling to provide a detailed reference letter. I have received a reference letter stating the job duties in only 1 line. Also, my manager isn't willing to provide the detailed duties on a plain paper. I have the offer letter, experience & relieving letter, payslips with me. What could be my options in this case?

P.S. My consultant says without the detailed job duties letter, my case will get rejected. I am really worried after hearing that.
Folks please help me out here. Appreciate your responses. :)

Work Experience document/Letter of Reference (LoR) is an important doc, don't go around trying to outsmart it :D...

LoR should be provided for the jobs you are claiming the points for... e.g. if someone has over 15 yrs experience and has worked in the same org for the last 10 yrs, one letter for these 10 yrs should be provided... LoR for the balance 5 years are not required, but these 5 years should be mentioned in the personal history/activities section...

keep things simple and in a single document...follow this post... check response of Sandeep Mishra...

https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-purpose-and-the-format-of-a-Reference-Letter-to-apply-for-a-Canada-PR-after-getting-the-invitation

In my own case one of the previous organization where I worked was acquired much after I left. Neither did I have any chance to provide a LoR from this previous org, nor I had any contact with any previous employee/colleagues/managers. So I ended up doing a self deceleration in that case.
But in the self declaration doc, I mentioned the reason that the organization was acquired and operation ceased to exist in the country I was employed...I was also able to provide a newsletter link published on the company's website about the acquisition to ensure my explanation was backed up...

Her aunt should've been mentioned in the profile.
But while creating profile there was no option of any other relative except for brother or sister. ( By blood relation or adoption)
I couldn't have mentioned yes there.

Now, can I get details about my spouse's relationship with the aunt and put it under Letter of Explanation?? As I am not claiming any points for it, but would like to be honest about my extended family members.
Please suggest.

1 - There is certainly an option.
2 - Points can be claimed under the six selection factors for eligibility purposes under the FSW program.
3 - Yes, write a LOE and explain the situation.

So should I go back to my EE profile and change the "does your spouse have any relatives living in Canada?" option to YES ?
I hope this won't lead to rejection...
