Or i should think about applying 2-3 different colleges outside Toronto maybe than I get the offer ?

No, not yet. My last semester result is still not out. I still have to upload the PDC and 6th sem DMC

Same is the case. Everyone is still waiting for the loa only a few people have got it.

I’ve also applied at George brown, Sheridan & Durham
I’m still thinking about applying at Mohwak & Fanshawe ( outside of Toronto ) may be than I can get LOA !!

IELTS Score : Overall 7.0 no less than 6.5 in each
10th : 70%
12th: 72%
B.com: 5.26 CGPA
