Hi Experts,

please help me with some information.

I would like to apply for Visiting visa for my Brother and sister.
My doubts are...
1) can I apply from Canada,if they send me all the details and application here
2) is medical exam mandatory( brother visited Korea for 1 month - may)
3) if i am applying from canada, is it Ottawa office?
4) So, the NOC from my brother's employer should address to Ottawa office or New Delhi office?
