I've sent my passport for stamping.. might take another couple of days before i get it back :)

I want to claim CRS points for 1 year experience for which i will get the experience letter from my company but what about the other work experience though i am NOT going to be claiming NOC or crs points for that, is it still required for me to submit experience letter? or do i have to mention it in only employment history when making cic profile? Please assist.
Just mention it in your personal history since you are not claiming NOC points for work experience. You do not need experience letter for work history

Hi,

I was employee of Wipro from Nov 2012 to Apr 2017. I was on Loss of Pay in between this period from May 2015 to Apr 2017 till i resign.
I got experience letter from wipro stating dates of employment from Nov 2012 to Apr 2017.
In express entry profile i claimed the work experience from Nov 2012 to May 2015 for which i was paid.

My question is any documents should i provide to show difference in end dates between my CIC application and reference letter?
A simple LOE is sufficient stating i was on leave for this period and was unpaid?

any help is appreciated!!

Even if we have 10 years experience, if can show 3 years for the maximum CRS, that would suffice right ? any suggestions please

@apara,

1.0 If you want to show your entire work experience from start till present, and I believe you should for fetching points, then yes it is required. Just get in touch with colleague from previous employer and get it done.

2.0 Absolutely, CIC would not consider your work experience if not on respective Company letterhead.

We all know its a bit headache to get it done, but nevertheless 'job needs to be done'.

Best wishes.......

Regards
Hardi

I do not think a hard copy will make any difference. At the time of submission, you need to upload scanned or the soft copies of your docs.

Hi everyone .... Have an urgent query !!!! I work in a private dental clinic and i can get the reference letter as mentioned by CIC ... But at the end whose name should be written ?? There is no HR manager as such ... Just the front desk receptionist who attends all calls and email ... So , should i just mention her name or the clinic owners name ??? Even if i mention the clinic owners name , can i put the clinic email id ?? Cz in case a check happens , my owner wont be able to reply calls or respond to emails as hes quiet busy !!!!! I am really confused ...

Also ... The previous clinic where i worked ... They used to pay me in cash ....How do i show proof of that ?? If i get the detailed reference letter , will that suffice ?? Do i need to attach the offer letter and the relieving letter too as well ??

Would be really greatful if anyone could help me regarding this ... Thanks in advance !

It is not necessary to get the experience letter signed by the HR, signature of your fellow colleague will work. But I would suggest attaching the ID & a declaration from that colleague with the experience letter. (I have read this on forums).

Explain everything in your LOE. Good luck.

As far as your job duties fall into the respective NOC, they are not much bothered with your Post during employment.
But, be sure to include all the essential duties under the same NOC.
Hi
My employer has givenme proper leters of appointment and experience. But at the end he has written word ''designation' below his designation...

Proprieter(wyz -his name)
Designation

This way he has written. Is it ok?
