Thank you Nishika. We are still trying to trace where exactly WES has sent the verification mail . This looks like a never ending process

So sorry to hear that Hope you guys see the light at the end of the tunnel soon...Also, if it turns out to be like looking for a needle in a haystack, it might be best to contact customer service through the contact us form, providing them with the correct ID to write in to with the verification mail, together with the URL of the website page of the issuing institution where such ID is provided. Keep the faith!

Could you please send me a sample email? Am facing the same issue. My institution can't find the email ID to respond to in the signature of the Director of Evaluations

@naina21, I've looped you in on a separate conversation where the sample verification email is shared. Hope it helps
PS: If the verification email was received by your institution last week, the ID is more likely to be the one quoted in the conversation, since verification mails sent out this week appear to have changed the pattern.

Thanks for your positive encouragement @Nishika22 . I did not receive the report even today. I think it is late now beyond 6pm EST and dont expect it today, even though support folks on twitter handel assured me I would get it today. Did you receive your report on the same they promised ?

You’re welcome @burm7793 My husband received his report 2 days after the promised date. So, it is quite likely that your report will come tomorrow or day after, if today was the due date. Unfortunately, the verification process seems to be creating a back log with WES, which is not reflecting well on their record - they usually provided reports a day or two before the committed completion dates! At least mine, in May, came 2 full working days before it was ‘due for completion’. Hope yours comes soon!

Talked to my institute today, they have received a bunch of verification emails on Friday including mine and will revert to all of those today. The person mentioned that the return ID mentioned for all of them is verifca8@wes.org, so guess they have now moved to this mailbox after 1@wes.org. But it is always better to check with each individual institute/university.

@samikdg on verifca8@wes also the sent mails are bouncing back.....my institute also received the hard copy from WES and replied on the same ID but still mails are bouncing back....i am damn frustrated now.....

Same here no report as of today, completion date was June 26..

My institute sent the verification email yesterday and the status on my WES account has now changed to "In Progress" and "Reviewing Your documents". It doesn't mention anywhere nor I have received any email update that they've received the institute verification, but I'm guessing that's what has triggered the status change. Will keep you updated.
@ROCKER did the email to your institute from WES have this ID? The ID seems to be varying as someone on the whatsapp group told their ID was verifca7@wes.org

@Nishika22 and @RedCherry - did you guys receive any email after wes received and accepted the verification from institute,my case was moved to in progress on June 21 (with completion date of 6/26) but no emails. We are regularly checking the account.

This looks to be the case where transcript has been sent from college and not from university. Is MANIT an autonomous institute or falls under some university? If it's autonomous, I believe you can check the list of approved autonomous colleges in India on WES website

NIT BHOPAL is a institute with national importance and it's mentioned under list of institutes of national importance on UGC website but not under autonomous colleges.

Also, NIT BHOPAL is solely responsible for examination and result declaration and is not falls under some university.
I am not able to understand what to do next.

Hi, my friend is currently facing a similar situation as well. The University has already sent the document to WES (that's what they told her over the phone). They have physically sent across the courier. According to the University guys, WES should have received the document on Saturday but there has been no change in status on the WES website. It still says 'Awaiting Verification from University'.

@samikdg actually the email received by my institute is having no specific email id mentioned in it. verifca8 was mentioned in hard copy letter received by my institute but still its not working.....

I think you need the source email which has that email address for it to work. Why don’t you ask your institute to fax the documents? The letter has a fax number. No?
