Hello Everyone!

I want to inquire that my visit visa is expiring in this August2018 and I want to know if I need to renew my visa or wait till it expires so I can apply for an other visa. I was granted a multiple entry visa in 2014 in Dubai which was valid for 4yrs and I want to ask how to renew it for further visits in November2018? I will really appreciate if I get a valuable advice. Thanks and regards

Others can comment as well but nothing to stop you applying for a new visa now unless you plan a trip between now and August given at least you will know sooner rather than later whether it will be approved or not.

Yes you can renew at any time. You should apply now if you would like to travel in the fall or are not travelling for a while and can send in your passport.

Dear Bs65 and Canuck78. I appreciate your valuable reply and yeah I am not intending to travel to Canada till November as I have plans for November. I want to ask again do I have to apply for renewal online as I was approved by applying online. I don't know how I can apply for my renewal as I only see new applications or I just mention renewal in new application process? I am sorry this is first time I will be renewing my visa that's why I need your expert advice and I am thankful you have already done it. I will really appreciate if you guide me a bit more how to apply for my renewal in Dubai and if there is a direct link to it ... Sorry I should have chosen my words better. Yes you have to apply for a new visitor visa. I would make sure you allow for a few months in case there are any delays or complications.

As I got 4 yrs multiple before and wish they give me the same or even for 5yrs multiple this time. I still have my US valid visa which is expiring in next year. Yes hard to tell what kind of trv you will be awarded. If you have had similar visas and travel patterns you can likely suspect a longer multiple entry visa but you never know!

Well I got 5yrs multiple entry for US and 4yrs multiple for Canada and as I stated before it's expiring in August so I wanted to seek the guidance as my visa is expiring and I didn't have any idea if I can apply before it expires or after it expires. Thanks for your great help and expert advice regarding renewing it earlier as it made me feel great that I can apply to renew it till I still have three months from it's expiry and I am staying positive if I will get maybe more longer as my passport validity is till 2024. Hello canuck78 & Bs65. Just wanted to update you regarding my visa application plus need to seek an advice as well. It's been one month passed that I applied for my new visa application. I applied on 24th of May 2018 and went to give my biometrics on 28th of May 2018. I didn't find any update regarding my application and then after passing 15days as processing times for an online application in Dubai is 15days, I wrote an email through IRCC that my status is not yet update and still showing you required an action. After couple of days I got the reply from Abu dhabi immigration that they have received my biometrics and my case is in queue to be reviewed by an officer and said as well that Please note that the volume of applications received and the complexity of individual applications can cause processing times to be longer in some cases. This is often due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and we will contact you once processing has been finalized. First time when I applied it took 15days and my case was processed within the given processing time and I was asked to submit my passport.

2nd thing, I need to travel to Pakistan for my yearly holidays and I will come back after Eid ul Adha which is 21st september 2018. Can I take my passport to Islamabad Canadian Embassy to paste the visa instead in Dubai Visa office when I will be asked to submit my passport? It will be great favor if you can give a great suggestion about these two matters. I will be thankful to you. Stay blessed!

I would wait a bit longer to see if you can get your prtd before you go on holidays. Seems like you still have 6 weeks at least until your holidays.

Hello sir canuck78! Thanks for your instant and quick favorable reply as usual. I am sorry and I didn't clear that what time I am leaving Dubai but I just mentioned about the Eid festival. I am actually intending to leave next week and will come back in the september's end. I will take your advice serious and will re-book my ticket for Pakistan. I will wait till I get a reply to submit my passport and I am not really sure how long will it take to get my passport return as one of my friends I met in Visa Office Center while he was there to submit extra documents asked by the visa officer. He received his passport submission request but it's been almost 10+ days he didn't receive it yet. Hoping it will be quick my time

I just rememebered that I forgot to ask about one more thing which is I have given my biometrics again this time. I was supposed not to give the biometrics when I have given it before last time I applied for my visa. Is that fine that I have given my biometrics again this time and I have paid 80$ fee for it. I thought might I will not be asked to go for my biometrics this time. Please don't change any travel plans based on my confusion. I only anticipated that you would have 6-8 weeks of vacation. You can notify the embassy that you will be away for vacation and could you redirect your visa approval to another embassy. Things will get slightly confusing but please don't delay your ticket just because of this visa. You could also ask the embassy what you should do. No another biometric won't be an issue. Sometimes when we try to do things in advance with good intentions it ends up costing us unnecessary money.

Oh God you are so humble brother. That's nice suggestion and I am thankful to you. I agree with what you said at the end about doing good intentions sometimes ends up costing us more unnecessary bucks. I am really overwhelmed that my visa took already a month and not yet approved. I went to Alberta three times already. I wished to apply for a jobs in a legal way as if I was offered a job in there so I can come back and process my work permit in Dubai. I was offered two jobs but they wanted me to stay there till the last day I mean 6mnths and then they will process my papers and I didn't do it as I respect the rules and laws of any country. I came back after two months and started my work back. Would you please give any suggestion that I can find a job and any job I am intending to take and wish to move there for my PR or any other suggestion bro please. I will be highly appreciative for this favor. My date of birth is 5th november 1974. Look forward to hear any helpful suggestion to move to Canada. God bless!
