Hi,

I have some question reg. the experience letter to be provided by the employer. In the letter provided by the employer, should the NOC code be mentioned or is it enough if the job duties align with the job title?

Also, I've put in all the details of my work history (included positions that didn't fall under NOC). Is it necessary to mention everything or just the ones for which I'm claiming points? My doubt is whether I would be required to provide employment letters for all the roles I've given on the profile (even the ones not under NOC)

Your inputs are greatly appreciated.

No need for NOC to be mentioned in the letter, job duties aligning with the NOC is enough. Any experience you have mentioned in the work history, warrants a reference letter, it doesn't matter if it is from a different NOC. If you are not claiming points for any experience and don't want to get a reference letter, then remove it from the work history and put it later in the personal history during your PR application.
