I submitted my application on 5.4.2018 and the status is submitted till now . Now i am getting married on 16.7.2018 . If I intimate CIC about my status change on 17.7.2018 , do I need to wait for reply from CIC to start the medical and PCC for my spouse or I can take the appointment for medical and PCC soon after intimating CIC about the status change .

Please guide me about this thing as my spouse will be staying back for only 10 days after marriage and will be joining back his office in dubai after that . so I have very less time to arrnage all his documents .

CIC would anyway give you 30 days post the marriage date for submission of documents and their revert is usually very quick on such matters.

Also I believe you can inform them even now that you are planning to get married on such date, they would send an ADR through your CIC account asking for spouse documents and marriage certificate by 30 days after marriage date.
