Canadian work experience on 2 work permits

Does it matter if 1 years Canadian managerial experience (NOC level 0) was gained over 2 different work permits? 11 months on an IEC wp and then the last month on a new wp, the current, active one? Just seen the question on the initial EE application 'Have you been working full-time for the employer on your CURRENT WORK PERMIT for at least one year?' Any help would be much appreciated
