I was working with Employer A from Sep,2012 to Aug,2013.

My eligibility period for citizenship is from Jun,2013 to Jun,2018.

In citizenship application form they ask to enter details of employment history during the eligibility period.

So in employment history section, should I mention the start date for employer A as Sep,2012 or Jun,2013?

All the time we see in the form saying," don't let any gap".
So, in my case, I informed the period starting before the eligibility time (5 years).
That way I covered more than they asked to avoid any misunderstand.

Don't overthink things..just write when you started work.
Filling in the form is really easy.
