When apply for BC PNP will you get permanent residency or work permit and visa

definitely PR is part of the BC immigration program. I don't know if PNP encompasses other types of visas too.

you dont need a work permit if you have PR.
Actually i think work permit is given by the federal government.
SOmeone has to confirm this.

Thank rupeshharr i asked these questions because this agency told me that they can help to get job in BC through the PNP and i will get work permit and visa for myself and family.

You are replying to a 13 year old post. How did you get nomination if you are outside Canada? You must have legal immigration status in Canada. Since you got nomination then you shouldn’t need a work permit.
