Hello, I'm preparing to apply for qeubec immigration before 15th of August from Pakistan. I have heard that ECA is no required for qeubec. Is it true?

i am also planning to apply for this intake from Pakistan as well, but i have one confusion how can i calculate my education points, i have master degree and how can calculate my area of training points, my NOC 1122, and its available in B and C.
