Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Executive) and Computer Engineering (B.E), WES or IQAS

hi guys,

I've done my Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Shivaji University and a 15 months Executive - Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IFIM Bangalore.
I've heard that the WES evaluation does not consider the "Post Graduate Diploma" is that right ? also my post grad college is a private B-School in India which is not listed on the list of universities on WES Equivalency tool site.

I'm confused which option is better in this case WES or IQAS, I've heard IQAS may recognize it as compared to WES.

Please guide.
