Pls can someone explain the difference between FSW-inbound and FSW-outbound

Pls can someone explain the difference between FSW-inbound and FSW-outbound

Its FSW-Inland and FSW-Outland. Inland is for people who are presently in Canada and Outland is for people who are outside Canada.

Whenever you hear about OINP opening, Create a new profile as they only give notifications of interest to newer ones.
