I think people who have done their medical in March started receiving PPR.

Yeah I ordered March 9 but still waiting also I called them they told me wait until March 2019 for ppr

yes, i think so, by the looks of it they've started issuing PPRs to those who received MR in the beginning of March.
It's really hard for me to know what's up with mine as I never received the MR, having done the medical upfront

no, nobody can tell you that. there is virtually zero information about security checks and how long they take
