Hi,

I called CIC help line +1 613-944-4000. The person who spoke to me said that my application is in approved state. How long does it take to PPR mail.?

I am from India.
I submitted my application on Feb 6th.
Medicals passed on Feb 16th. My CRS Score was 478.

Did you checked your spam/junk boxes or check regularly?
Ideally you should have received the PPR email. In some cases it takes more time is what I understood from some cases.

can you please share how did you manage to connect to them? I am trying to call them from outside Canada and everytime I call it says the number is not available from outside Canada.

My Current status is still in IP2. The person who spoke on phone said, I will receive it soon.

I received my PPR 12 days after I was told by the help line person that my application has been approved. The PPR mail comes out in batches and hence you will receive it in the next batch.

Yes.. 3 days ago.

I received my PPR 12 days after I was told by the help line person that my application has been approved. The PPR mail comes out in batches and hence you will receive it in the next batch.

So your call to IRCC is fairly recent then, what @santhkum90 mentioned does happen and emails are rolled out in batches... So just watch out it... it will arrive soon....
