The translations will go with along with the documents in the place provided, and so will the PoF, affidavits etc.

Only the LoE should be in the separate placeholder and keep it short.

So just to summarize,

1. Same name affidavits for both myself and spouse - attach in LOE section
2. Affidavits from spouse for POF use - attach in POF section
3. Affidavits for translations - in the Marriage Certificate section

Is this correct? Thank you for the support and sorry for all the trouble.

Under the organizations, IRCC evaluates applications for the following:

  • security
    • espionage
    • subversion (attempts to overthrow a government, etc.)
    • violence or terrorism, or
    • membership in an organization involved in any of these
Your application is stuck in Security. Have your requested CSIS and CBSA notes.

Thanks @legalfalcon
So ORGANIZATION & ENTITIES in GCMS notes mean file is in security screening ?? .
I have already requested CBSA notes week ago . I will apply for CSIS too.

When did they ask for imm5669?

@legalfalcon

I need some advice. I applied for PR in Sept 2016 and got approved Feb 2018. When i tried to land, i was denied because i had a pending criminal charge in Feb 2017. I had no idea that i was charged with a crime at all. And i was so shocked when CBSA officers told me about this. At first, CBSA officers accused me of lying about my charges and i insisted that i had no idea about what they were saying. Finally, CBSA officers went and checked what the crime charges were (theft under $5000 - forgot to pay $50 gas) and i think they believed me because they gave me a further examination form and told me to come back once my charges are withdrawn.

But my question is how come CIC never issued me a procedural fairness letter or any letter in regards to my criminal background check? I declared no charges on the schedule A form well obviously had no clue about any charges. I was not arrested or anything. RCMP never contacted me at all.

Wouldn't have CIC find out about this charge during one the security checks?

@legalfalcon Sir,

Can you kindly advise?

I am really stressed and don't want my application to be rejected.

Please help!

Thanks a lot fir your time and help!

As per the GCMS notes your eligibility is not met.
For the sibling points you have to include the following:

1. PR card / Passport to show sibling's proof of status in Canada
2. Utility bills, lease agreement, or bank account with address details to show residency in Canada; and
3. Documents to prove your relationship, this can be done through passport should parents name, birth certificates or other documents.

Di you submit all these. IF your did not, then send them immediately via CSE.

I was doing so because the Lead Statement asks for it. It says I should be supervising the work of the NOC code 1434. Sorry about the trouble.

To show that you can just have 1-3 job duties stating that your supervise people, who work as........

Yes, long time ago.
Thanks for your response!

Then you are stuck in security. Consider requesting CBSA or CSIS notes to see if they have conclude their involvement in your case.

Hi @legalfalcon status of medical from last 1.5 months is "we are reviewing results of your medical exams", kindly advise why it is like that? My medical will be expiring by the end of this month. I am in ss since Dec and Aor of july, 17.

If there are no issues with your medical, then you can raise a CSE and request IRCC to extend your medicals. In most cases they will or ask you to re-take the meds. But nothing to worry as such.

1. Same name affidavits for both myself and spouse - attach in LOE section

When did they ask for imm5669?

Imm 5669 is a part of your online application. It is the background declaration for each person in the application.

In the online form, they do not classify it as separate forms, but when the officers get it, it is separated in different forms.

After an application is approved, it is the responsibility of an applicant to inform IRCC is their medical circumstances or criminal circumstances changes.

If you see on your CoPR, there is a specific question about criminal charges. Also, when a applicant lands, which is the final stage of PR application, he / she becomes a PR only after a person is admitted by a CBSA officer. In your case the system alerted about a pending criminal charge, so the officer refused to admit you as a PR.

There is no questions or procedural fairness, as when you filed your application you did not have the charge. Also, if your read the application and in the section where you sign, you have to inform IRCC of any changes.

Yes I do understand I have to inform IRCC about any pending charges but in my case, apparently I was charged with a crime but wasn't notified about it. No arrests and even a summons letter from RCMP. That's why I was denied PR landing by CBSA. Luckily they gave me a chance to get my charges dropped and come back to do landing again.

Do you think I should inform IRCC about my charges? As of now, only the CBSA officers know about it.
