Yes it's OINP HCP and yes with so many candidates in the pool they still need to use the PNP quota
I saw in the forums last year end of June many ppl for OINP NOIs. So hoping end of June this year many nominate cases would be finished so next batch of HCP NOI will be released

I received my CELPIP score (R10, L9, W7, and S7) and created my Express Entry profile. I have 441 points, I am debating if should I ask for CELPIP revaluation (Writing and Speaking) or wait for the next draws. If I one of my results (Writing or Speaking) change to 8, my points increase to 447.
No don't want to dishearten any one but this is what came in my mind upon calculation. However, if there are less profiles created above 451 lets say only 2200 on 27 june then 3750-2200= 1550 profiles will get selected below 451. Now lets say there are (1096+1100)=2196 profiles in between 441-450, so that means 220/1 point. So in this possible scenario CRS score will be 443 on 27th june. Not it is all depending upon number profiles increased above 451 and 441.

i have lost hope to get normal ITA. PNP is the only way for me.. I am on h4 visa in US and canada PR was the only way for us to settle outside..... but now we have turned realistic and I am moving back to my home country by end of this year !
I dont know how r u calculating 450... this means we shoud have 3650 new entrants at 450 and above.. although no one can predict but we r talking abt 260 ppl above 450 each day up from current (last draw) no of 192 per day.. its too high to predict even..
