In your case French seems to be the only viable option

what do you mean you "recreated" a profile for OINP? I thought OINP selected from the EE pool
OINP selects candidates from the EE pool who select "Ontario" in the list of provinces. This is to indicate that you are interested in OINP.

I initially created my EE profile in November 2017 but had to withdraw it to create another one (selecting Ontario this time) in March 2018. This was because Ontario was selecting newly created profiles at the time, so I recreated my EE profile.

It all depends on you. French would be the fastest and cheapest solution for you (CBL 4 will give you some points already). get it a bit higher and you can cash first 15 bonus points.

As second best option I would actually pick studying in Canada - expensive at the start, but you can establish yourself in advance and get the needed work experience that give you more points that what you will loose because of your older age.

As a limited possibility would also be any PNP (if ever you would qualify for any)

And the last possible would be the temporary job offer (your only chance is an intercompany transfer, as getting a job offer from outside Canada is like to see a unicorn).

And then if you have a younger sibling, push him or her to become a PR, then you can get those bonus points.
One thing you did not mention is if you are married or single. And if ever you are married what is the score of your spouse.

Muna, if you have a spouse, have you included their ECA/language score to the above as well ?

Thnks for responding
I'm married. My score is 423 with spouse accompanying and 432 if non accompanying. He is planning to repeat IELTS since his score is very low (5.5) , but our score maximum can improve to 435, still low for ths yr predictions, thats why am trying to find explore other options
Dear @vensak . I understand that french CLB 4 can add 4 points to my score and CLB 7 can add 30+ points. Is there anythng in the middle? I wonder what 15 points you r referring to.
My young sister is leaving to canada to complete her studies, but I believe it will take at least 2 yrs till she has her PR.

How does French boost work:
1. As a second language. You will get points according to the grid for the second language (and same goes for your spouse).
2. Additional bonus when combined with good English skills.
15 points for CBL 7 French and weak English
30 points for CBL7 French and good English
And your spouse can also give you points for both languages (so he can learn French with you).

You can also go for one more option there.
Your spouse will go to study in Canada (in this case anything including of private institutions would be OK). And you will get spousal open work permit. With it you can go after any skilled job (or even semi skilled for Manitoba, to get into their PNP). And after only 1 year you will get 20 points bonus for Canadian work experience.

Alternatively you can go to study and he shall work to get you bonus points for spousal work experience in Canada. And you can get your 15 points for a Canadian diploma.

You have to request this info from OINP directly ;)
Usually our pro forum members dissect the PNP's history and come to a conclusion. Wondering if I missed any such detail. I would assume OPNP is busy handling already issues Invites and unable to caught up with the demand.

I checked crs calculator, only one question is related to the language level of spouse. Are you sure that adding clb4 french scores for the spouse will give more points?

I am saying this because there isn't any transparency on OINP invites and minimum score, NOC criteria(excep it has to fall under 0, A &B)
