If only there was a way to know a sureshot timeline for PPR...with a job this becomes even more difficult. As resigning without getting a PPR would not be suitable and given that we don't know when will we receive it makes it stressful!

So, I am expecting the PPR in the next 1-2 weeks but I need to travel abroad for 3 weeks. Do they grant an extension for submitting the passport?

We are in the same boat. My background check is also suck on "We are processing your background check". Its been a month now. I also live in the US. What was your CRS score?

My CRS Score was 456.

If you got any ghost update right around the time you moved to IP2 I suggest you call IRCC call center, if they say your application is approved you will atleast have some peace of mind.

Make sure you use skype credits to call. If you call from your phone it just disconnects as they don't accept calls outside Canada.

And call them 8 AM EST. I was able to get a hold of a live agent only on Fridays 8 AM EST.
