Are u paper based app under SGVO?
Before 'we are processing' is 'Your background check is in process' in gckey. After updating 'we are processing'(we called it BGIP), we also get update: some get direct MR, some get ADR.

Just received the below ADR for me and my spouse.

- Schedule A
- Client Information
- POF
- Employment reference Letter
- Certificate & Transcript of Post Secondary education .

I have few queries and need your expert advise.

- Client Information : Is this the settlement plan? do you have sample?
- Proof of Fund : Is last month statement from Bank enough? Anything else to submit?
- Employment Ref Letter: As I am self employed (Director in my own company) now, what exaact should I submit. I have reference letter from my ex employer that I left 3 years back. Should I submit that as well?
- Certificate & Transcript of Post Secondary education : I assume I need to submit my Masters certificate/trascript. Do I need to submit ECA from ICAS?
- Assume these documents to be uploaded GCKEY account. DO we need to email or courier to SGVO?

Please advise as some of you have already received similar requests. Thanks

Client information: Yes, settlement plan.
Proof of funds: Fund for at least past 6 months of saving/current bank account. The amout needs to be above the minimum amount for size of your family (see POF in the user guide).
Read the instruction carefully, if they ask you to upload, upload in gckey is enough. Some documents they ask you mail them.
Certificate & Transcripts: I submitted University and Post graduate Cert & transcript. I dont submit ECA (I didnot submit ECA during PNP).

Employment letter: Follow the letter you submitted during PNP plus the period after PNP.

They asked to upload in myCIC account. I assume this is gckey. Or do we need to upload in Webform? After upload, do we need to email them to notify?

Upload in GCKey.
No need to notify them, after you submit, your status will be changed to 'Submitted'. You only click 'Submit' button when you complete uploading all your final versions of your documents. You can't roll back after clicking 'Submit'. After submitting a few days, you will see the content 'we are reviewing the documents you provided' under 'Review additional documents'.
Open gckey now, you will see SGVO created spaces for you to upload all the documents they request.

For the client information, they have asked to provide detailed information on how I intend to establish economically in Canada. They also asked to provide information (name, date of birth, and residence) for each and every relative that I have residing in Canada, and (if applicable) how they will help me establish economically in Canada. However the settlement plan does not contain all these information. Do I make prepare one by my own?
