Your post isn't that clear. Has the person applying for a TRV married the Canadian (you)? Or have they married someone in their home country? What does "more than six months mean? Is that the duration of the trip requested?

Also - are you Canadian or just in Canada? If you are just in Canada, what is your status in Canada? More info is needed to understand the situation.

@scylla
Sorry about that, Host ( me) - Having Work Permit ( Expiring feb 2019), i am currnetly in canada, working here
Applied for my wife , she is in india now

How long a trip did she request?

@scylla More than 6 month , Travel duration mentioned in from July 10th 2018 to Feb 10th 2019

In that case I would expect she's going to be refused - this is unfortunately far too long. Based on the refusal reasons in your first application, you should have asked for a 2-3 week trip and provided strong evidence of her ties to her home country (e.g. her employment, any property, her assets). A 6+ month long trip indicates she has no ties to her home country and effectively wants to live in Canada on a visitor visa.

Agreed.

IMO, I believe she will be refused again. The OP, unfortunately, is unable to accept the reasons for this reasoning which I had posted in another thread

@scylla
Thanks Scylla, i was checking with Bryanna as well and she was adviisng the same. So i am trying to understand , could the previous refusal be the strong reason or its the case of normal TRV ?

@Bryanna , i truely appreciate bryanna trying to tell me the reality rather than giving me imaginary hope. I was just trying to understand the refusal could be due to my previous refusal history or its for usual TRV case for a spouse?

I don't quite understand your question.

Asking for a 6+ month trip is simply too long (with or without a past refusal). Visitor visas are meant for people who are visiting Canada temporarily as a tourist. They are not meant to be used to live in Canada. By requesting a six month trip - it's pretty clear your wife wants to use it to live in Canada for a period of time. Staying six plus months is not normal tourist behaviour.

@scylla @Bryanna
Got it , whats the next steps, I am not sure who you guys are? Are you attornies? If i have to file SOWP separately, would you assist on that? Whats your fees

No - we aren't lawyers. We are normal people like you. You'll have to hire a lawyer if you want legal assistance.

@scylla @Bryanna Oh i see, i have much appreication for you guys , taking time and responding me and showing me true picture, its harsh though.

I am really counting the real TRV examples surrounded by me and if it work s well, you both will be my invitee here in montreal
