I paid my fee while filing on march 23 medical passes march 31st since then IP1 but yesterday i checked my cic account and i see im in IP2 FSW India I called cic 10days agao the agent was not cooperative but i managed to ask my visa office its ottawa

For me they had taken exactly 13 days to reply that they have received the passport & have forwarded to the concerned office. I haven’t received an update on the account either. May be they don’t update the account for renewed passport.
I received an email response today from IRCC for the CSE i had raised to notify them about my husband's passport renewal. 12 business days since I raised the CSE. Posting in case anyone is also waiting a response to their CSE.
 
They have become so slow... Barely any PPR emails for march applicants! What's wrong with CIC? Am I missing some holiday season??

As the discussion around IRCC employees being on holiday is here, this might help.

My application is in Montreal, QC and the Calendar for some city schools is here.

Based on this, June 22nd to August 29th is school holiday period and it's SUMMER (which is just for few months in Canada). So employees might be off, most likely. So whatever is normal processing time, I think we should add 30 more days to that and relax for a bit.
