2nd post secondary diploma

I have a 4 year B. Tech in computer Science and a one year Diploma in fine arts. I have been working in the IT sector for a couple of years.

Will my Diploma in Fine Arts count as a second post-secondary diploma ??

Yeah most probably WES should count it as a diploma but nobody can say for sure. It's best to send it for evaluation and wait for result.
