Need help with AOR

Hi

I mentioned that I have an aunt who lives in Canada not to claim points but just to be complete while submitting ITA but when I mention in the AOR it's asking for proof. Now I want to remove this from AOR but before I got ITA I had mentioned her. What do I do? Could I remove from AOR?

It's not added points for CRS score. But may have added for FSW score(out of 100 points). Not sure. What do you suggest?

What would be the effect under the six selection factors if you remove her? Also, do you mean e-APR? AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt, if you have your AOR already that would mean you've submitted your e-APR.

You can see .If you have received points based on this on your MyCIC account under preview my score section. If you have received points based on that my suggestion would be to decline ITA. If the change in your CRS score is still above the minimum cut off then you can attach a letter of explanation and change the details in your file prior to AOR. But be sure to check your score before submitting your file.

I saw similar thread in the forum where a person claimed points for cousin so I thought the same. My bad.

Thanks for replying. Sorry yes I meant e-APR. And it only applies 5 points to the six selection factors but without it my points are 70/100. So how should I present this scenario? Can I remove this data from my e-APR and do I need to state in LOE that I'm not claiming points for this aunt even though i submitted this info in my EE profile?

Kindof confused how to present this in an honest, non-controversial way.

That's for points under the six selection factors under the FSW program. It is for for eligibility purposes.

As long as you're confident that your calculation is correct you can remove her and explain in a LOE that you're not able to provide these documents and that your eligibility remains unaffected under the FSW program.
