Will a $0.00 warning affect my PR?

I'd like to start by stating that my home country had the worst transportation system ever. There are no trains, and buses only ride on highways and are known to be used by perverts. The best means of transportation were either a taxi or to drive with a personal friend or family member.

I came to Canada by myself (22 years old) on January 1st 2018 as a student to complete my post-grad studies. I was near Toronto, so the best means of transportation were Go train or TTC subway. I didn't know anyone so I had to research a lot alone and bought a PRESTO card. I got the hang of TTC subway, but 3 days later (January 4th 2018) I had to make a trip using the Go train to visit my college. I reached Toronto's union station through TTC, but I had no idea that Union combined all those transportation services in 1 place.

So idiot me tapped my PRESTO card on any machine and got charged higher than I expected but I didn't ask so I went on the train. On the train, the GO officer came and asked everyone for their tickets or cards (he had a card scanner). I gave him my card and he scanned it and the machine gave an error. I explained to him my case saying that I've only been here for 3 days and this is all new to me and he checked the date of my arrival to Canada on my passport and the creation of my PRESTO card and understood, and gave me a warning with $0.00 charge.

Will this warning show up in my Canadian PCC when I apply for PR? Should I explain in any letter what happened with me that day? I'm very pessimistic about everything so I'm really overthinking about lots of things especially PR. Thank you and sorry for the long read.

No, this is irrelevant. Also, you are not required to submit a Canadian PCC.
Thanks for your quick response. My mind is at ease now.

I'm aware that were not required to submit a Canadian PCC, but I just thought that this warning will show up in their system since it's tied to my passport number.
