Hi Seniors,

I lost my passport before with a Canadian visa inside, now I have a new passport without a Canadian Visa, do I have to request for a new visa for apply PR?

no, visa is a travel document, doest affect your status if you are in the country.

Will PR process not require Canadian visa?

How about after I receive eAPR, I have to leave Canada and return for landing PR? Do I have to apply for Canadian visa for that?

You don't necessarily have to leave the country to complete the landing process. You can book an appointment with IRCC to get that done.

Anyways, they'll issue a PR visa once you send them your passport.
