Provincial Nominee without job offer

I am trying to find more info about Provincial Nominee without job offer, I would like to know which Providences offer this and what are the requirements. Did anyone go thru' this?

Only SINP EE and OID ( non EE CATEGORY)
can apply only then when your intended NOC must be in their Demand list.
2. NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B
Can apply only then noc in their Demand list
3. OINP HCP STREAM EE based. Can apply only then when u have Min. 400 CRS score.

Hi Mates,

i have received crs score of 356 and my profession is into Administrative officers(project co-ordinator) (1221).
i have got my IELTS results and in total my score is 6.5 (L:7,W:7,S:7,R:5.5) and i believe if i opt for province sponsorshiop then i would have chance of getting the PR.
Now I am trying to understand which is the province i need to opt in my express entry profile as i am totally confused and not sure which province has demand for my skill set.
Could you please help me to know which is the province i need to select here.

You have below than 6 ielts score in one component. So u aren't eligible for EE. How did u get registration and crs?
You can only apply for SINP OID sub category. But your noc 1221 is not in theit list
I found one distant related noc there. Check carefully, your 70% approx job duties must match with that. And educational qualification with their expected.

But when i checked the business management consulting role i felt it was matching only 30% and in research i found Manitoba demand list and i see they have Administrative officers (project co-ordinator) (1221). and below is the link.
will that be a good option to opt for Manitoba than Saskatchewan ? bit confused..

Have they without job offer or without relative / friend option? Always read the entire rules.

It would be nice that Insert some 1122 Noc job duties lines in your existing job Reference letter and go for that.

Does it mean all the doors are closed for me in terms of applying for PNP nomination for any of the province? apart from inserting 1122 NOC job duties because i am sure my manager doesnt supports me while giving this reference letter.

But you are not eligible for SINP EE and OID sub category. Because your related NOC is not in the SINP IN DEMAND OCCUPATION LIST.

what u say about manitoba.. what they meant by connection to manitoba : close family and friends.
is manitoba also accept you without job offer??

And what about quebec? can i apply there as well.

Do you have relives or close friends in Manitoba? That's hard test. You have to submit a lot of supporting real documents.
Quebec doesn't have without kon offer category . Their process is also 3-4 years long.

well, i may find any friend in manitoba however confused with term "close" friend. what is the defination of close in that scenario..

So if i have any chance then it is Nova scotia.. how is that place to live. Is it peacefull, friendly and have job opportunities..?
