Yes we are on the thread. Here is our time line again.
Application received: 27 July 2017
Aor 1: 6 Sept 2017
Medical req: 14 Sept 2017
Sched A and PCC req: 15 Sept 2017
SA: 18 Sept 2017
FBI clearance req: 5 Oct 2017
(This took us 4 months to get from fbi and submit)
We never got a Aor 2 except that random email from NDVO saying “we will contact you in may or june” (I believe most of you got the same email)
DM (ecas) and Invitation letter (gckey): 25 May 2018
PPR: 4 June
Dropped passport at VFS: 5 June
NVDO received passport: 6 June
"dispatched" on VFS tracking : 14 June (text msg stating, its ready for pick up the same evening. Wife opted to pick up rather than delivery)
Passport picked up from VFS : 15 June

I am a May 10th applicant, 2017 for PR under spousal sponsorship. I have already completed 13 months of processing and still have not received any update on my application. Even I have to do remedicals now as it is going to expire in few days. Also, I had applied to a few colleges in Canada and got an offer from one of those colleges. Can I apply for study permit now as my PR application is still in process? Also, Can I use the same medicals for both PR and study permit? Please suggest on this.

I suggest you contact them first via e-mail and ask them about the status first.
We already did that and they just replied that our application is still under review and security check is going on.

Has anyone recently put a file for their spouse?
As per new check list, all the files are being send to Sydney, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga.

And after that I received a mail on 10 April 2018 stating application has been sent to NDVO for further processing.
I haven't gehea anything after that.
Can you all please tell me how long will it take to get PPR after this.

You will get your PPR request by Oct or Nov.. Now NDVO is issuing PPR's for Jun, Jul and Aug applicants.. Wait patiently..
