Question....I am filling out the IMM5669 since the immigration officer asked me to complete a separate and new Shedule A background declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE......has anyone came across this situation? On the form it says that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application....but because they asked specially for an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE...I am not sure what to do....please HELP!!
just type name in the full name colum , then print out and sign it,, then scan it.......dear dont take too much tension ...send these forms and then you will be got PPR soon ....god bless you..

Since they want an original signature you can either validate and print out the form and right beside where you typed your name sign it with pen and mail it to IRCC or you can submit it via webform. You just have to print it out, sign it with pen and then scan all the pages into pdf and submit through webform. That’s what I did (the second option) and in about 10 days they acknowledged me that they received my schedule A.
