Thank you Owaisk!!

I also need to know how to get the invitation letter, is there a sample I can find anywhere?
and when it comes to proof of financial resources, I currently live and work in Ontario, Do I need to get a bank statement from my bank and how much balance do I need to have and also for my wife bank account in India, what kind of letter she should have and how much balance in her account and does her account money need to transfer to a Canadian bank (my bank account)?

Thank you for your advise!!

The issue will really be whether your wife has strong ties to India. Has she been in longterm employment? Does she have property in India? Does she have significant savings?

why are the chances for TRV are low?
Chances of a TRV almost zero because she has no ties to India and stronger ties to Canada so she is not actually a visitor. CIC anticipates that she will not return to India and will apply for inland spousal sponsorship. That's why she will be refused. You can try but be prepared for a refusal. I would prepare your sponsorship application so you can submit it as soon as possible after you get the results from TRV.

Yeah OK thanks, of course I will apply for sponsorship application after she is here, because we are legally married. so why would CIC refuse TRV?

She will not get a TRV because IRCC believes she does not want to remain outside Canada while her PR is being processed.

Visitors are not expected to circumvent/bypass PR processing times by staying in Canada. A spousal PR applicant will not be successful if s/he attempts a shortcut to avoid this processing time
