Means it is applicable only to outland paper base applicant.Exactly. One of my clients called IRCC and they said exactly the same - that some applications were put on hold because they were awaiting for these changes, and after these were put in place, they restarted processing any delayed applications. And I've seen a lot of our clients have received MR, and those who had already done medicals are starting to receive PPR too. Hopefully all of you will receive good news soon.
I don't understand your comment.Means it is applicable only to outland paper base applicant.
Because inland candidates & EE are getting medical .
We are only who are in que.
It is definitely behind but it is starting to move too. Just a few minutes ago I got a message from someone else telling me that they got MR.I just read AOR 5 March got mr inland applicant. Whereas Outland last got in AOR September /October 17
So it seems that Outland is way behind and not moving at all.

I see this is fast, but the processing time on CIC website says 19 months at the moment. So, inland is faster than outland? How long is the average time till PPR for inland? My timeline
