PPR Processing Time

Hi,
I got a request for PPR
and presently it is being processed in Singapore
This is the status in the tracking website.
" is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, Singapore"
Does this mean the passport will actually go to Canada to get processed or will just be processed in Singapore itself?
More over I do have to travel in 3 weeks time which I planned way ahead

Passport will stay in Singapore. Do not worry. They will return in a week or so.
