Forgot to submit Insurance for super visa

I applied for my parents super visa on June 18th,2018 and didn't submit Medical insurance..
1.) Can i submit them now??
2.) If yes how can i submit them

You must submit the medical insurance. It is mandatory. Send a Case Specific Enquiry/IRCC web form + an email to the local visa office where your parents live
