I applied online only, so dont know how the process is going :\

These are automated mails,max three letter you may receive. 1st- 14days after you applied. 2nd- 14 days to the 1st. 3rd- 12days to the 2nd letter. May be- before your application get started otherwise after these letter.
Be positive and have patience.
I have applied on 25th April, spp, offline. Still waiting...

Yes I did .It's very safe. Search GC login on Google. 1st link .click on GC key account .Update all details, using student id and UCI no .from acknowledgement letter u can link your profile. U need to select temporary visa type under that student visa .

Not an issue. You can search it with your name as well

My timeline is like:

applied on 19th may.
Submitted my medical on 30th May.
Passed my medical on 7th June.
Application went under review on 8th June.
Still in review... How much shall I wait?

Also I didn't receive any acknowledgement letter but statuses keep changing is that fine?

Hi Himanshi...my status also changed to 'reviewing your eligibility' on 8th June. I applied on May 7th. I think unfortunately its an automated message. 2 to 3 days earlier they went through system maintenance.

Hey thanks for the reply. I also wanted to ask you that is uploading the transcript and TOEFL score mandatory. I have not uploaded them my friend has got a rejection stating that " academic records not found". I think visa officer asks for any additional documents required before rejection right?

yes. you should upload them. didnt you take IELTS?

right. but I am wondering if Canadian immigration recognizes TOEFL as an English language test officially?

I think the immigration officer just want to evaluate your English speaking capability, so ielts or toefl...it doesnt make the difference.....and its not mandatory also.......

Yes you are right. In an earlier post somewher I found that someone submitted PTE score but his application was denied due to lack of IELTS scoresheet. That made me confused
