PGW expiring soon.need to renew

Hello..
I came to canada in 2015 on study permit.i took one year program and graduated in june 2016.. and started working in may 2016 before graduating from college.. now I have 2 years of experience in lab and applied for express entry last year in nov. My husband applied for work visa and got here april this year but they only give him visa till nov which is when my travel visa is expiring and my PGW is expiring in jan 2019..
I am working full time but doesnt have positive LIMA. And we have 432 points in express entry. So my question is can i extend my work permit? On cic website it is showing i cannoy as. Dnt have positive LIMA..

You cannot extend your PGWP. Only if you submit your e-APR and your work permit is expiring within the next 4 months you can apply for a bridge open work permit to continue working.

Electronic application for permanent residency. You can apply once you've submit that and you've received your AOR.
